“Before anything else, preparation is the key to success.” | Alexander Graham Bell.
Hello friends! Hope you're doing well? The 2021 year is already coming to its end. And I hope it has been full of great things and opportunities for everyone. I also hope that despite the inevitable difficulties, you have been able to keep your head up and find the motivation to keep fighting and. We are on the verge of a new year and I think it is the opportunity to reflect on passing one and to prepare to welcome the next in the greatest way.
I know that there is no "right" time to take on new challenges, or try to cultivate a new habit. But, it is also important for me to have a meaningful benchmark. According to the 21/90 law, it takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change. So what's the one habit you want to develop this coming year? Whether it is exercise daily? Sleep better? Be more grateful? Now Is the Time! Start today. You can Google "21 Days challenge", the results you will find will pleasantly surprise you. I also discovered the "21 Days challenge" app by Kati & Lima available on the App Store and Google Play.
Start defining your goals now. Give yourself a direction to follow. And start thinking about it. For the past few years, I only set my goals on New Year's Eve. It was a bit on the fly, and I didn't really take the time to think about it and to know if they were goals that really corresponded to me and to my current reality. So I constantly changed my goals during the year and I arrived at the end of the year with a rate of achievement often lower than 25%. This year, after reading "The Secret", I acted a bit differently and encourage you to do the same. First, I defined my goals a little in advance and in a more particular form. Instead of just making a list of what I want, I will use the following formula: "I am so happy and grateful now that..." (It's one part of the visualization process which is the essence of The Secret). For example, "I am so happy and grateful now that I have my driver's license" or "I am so happy and grateful now that I got my Goëthe Zertifikät" etc. The second change will be a visualization board. With these illustrated goals, I can hang up in my room or any other visible place, so that I can wake up every morning staying motivated.
So, what are your tips for starting the new year greatly? Or what is the change you want to occur this coming year? Comment below and start visualize it, cause it's already yours.. Say Ameen! May God bless you! Take care.
May GOD bless you too !
